     Appointments can be booked online through our website or by visiting our salon during business hours. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. A 50 % deposit is required to book secure your preferred appointment time.

    2. How can I manage my existing appointment?

    To manage your existing appointment through Vagaro, simply login to your Vagaro account, navigate to "My Appointments," and you can reschedule, cancel, or view your upcoming bookings. If you have any issues, feel free to contact us directly for assistance.

     3.  How does Eunoia's Waiting List work?

    We use the Vagaro waiting list with an “Instant booking feature” to make things easy for you! 

    Here’s how it works:

    • Join the Waiting List: If your preferred appointment time isn’t available, you can add yourself to the waiting list.

    • Get Notified: When an appointment becomes available, Vagaro will send a notification to everyone on the waiting list at the same time. 

    • First Come, First Served: The first person to book the appointment through the notification gets it! 

    This system helps ensure that everyone has a fair chance at booking the next available slot. Make sure to act quickly once you get the notification!

    4. Do you accept walk-ins?

    While we do accept walk-ins, availability cannot be guaranteed. To ensure you receive the service you need at your desired time, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment.

     5. How does Vagaro Pay Later Works?

    With Vagaro Pay Later, you can split your total bill into 4 easy, interest-free payments. Here's how it works:

     

    • Choose Vagaro Pay Later at checkout: when paying for a service or product, select this option.

    • Pay just 25% upfront: Your first payment is made right away.

    • Automatic payments every 2 weeks: The remaining 3 payments are charged automatically every 2 weeks.

    There’s no interest or extra fees, if payments are made on time. It’s an easy way to enjoy your services now and spread out the cost!

    6.  What is the best way to prepare for my appointment?  

    Preparation varies by service, but generally, arrive with your hair fully detangled from root to end and free of any styles. Please bring any reference photos of your desired style. For specific services, like relaxers or chemical treatments, we may have additional requirements, which will be shared during consultation.

     7. Do you offer consultations? Yes, consultations are available for most services, especially color, chemical treatments and braiding. A consultation helps ensure that we fully understand your hair type, desired style, and any concerns you may have.

Our barbering services include precision haircuts, beard grooming, and other specialized men’s grooming options. We also offer Salon services: expert haircuts, professional styling, braiding, loc styling, hair coloring, silk presses, and hair/ scalp treatments. For clients looking to enhance their look, we provide specialty services such as hair extensions. No matter your hair type or style, our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and results tailored to your needs.

    2.  Can you work with my hair texture?

    Absolutely! At Eunoia Barbershop & Salon, we specialize in working with all hair textures, including straight, wavy, curly, and extremely coily hair. Our experienced team is skilled in handling a diverse range of hair types and cultural backgrounds, ensuring that every client receives personalized care and exceptional results.

    3. Can I bring my own hair extensions?

    Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own hair extensions, especially if you have specific preferences or needs. Please let us know in advance so we can confirm that they are appropriate for the service you’re receiving. While we do not supply hair for sew-ins or crochet styles, we do offer hair for braiding services.

     4. Do you offer services for kids?

    Yes, we provide a range of services for children, including haircuts, braiding, and styling. We kindly request that children are always supervised by an adult. Please view our policy for children prior to booking an appointment.

    5. Do you offer wig services?

    Although we don't provide wig services, we can certainly assist you in preparing your hair for those services. Our team is experienced in properly detangling, conditioning, and prepping the hair to ensure it's in the best possible condition for wig installation. We understand the importance of a solid foundation for a successful wig application, and we're here to help you achieve just that. Feel free to schedule an appointment with us, and we'll be delighted to provide the necessary hair preparation to ensure a seamless experience with your chosen wig or weave specialist.

    At Eunoia, we use top-quality brands like Eufora, Reuzel, Mizani, K18, Pure O Naturals, and Olaplex to ensure your hair gets the best care. Our products are designed to nourish and enhance the health of your scalp and hair. If you have sensitive skin or any concerns, just let us know, and we'll choose the right products for you!

    2. Can you accommodate special requests, such as using specific hair products or catering to certain hair conditions?

    For the best care and results, we primarily use our salon's professional products. However, if you have a specific product prescribed by a doctor, we can accommodate that request. Please provide us with the necessary information, and we will do our best to incorporate it into your service.

  • 1. What is the gratuity policy? Can I tip my stylist or barber?

    Yes, tipping is a great way to show appreciation for your service. You can tip your stylist or barber in cash or via electronic methods like Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay. While tips are optional, 15-20% of the service cost is a common practice.

     2. Do you offer any discounts or loyalty programs?

    Yes! At Eunoia, we value our loyal clients and love to give back. We offer a point-based loyalty program where you can earn points for each visit, which can be redeemed for discounts on future services. We also celebrate our clients with special birthday promotions and give referral points when you refer a friend.     Yes, we offer limited parking behind the salon for your convenience. Additionally, there is street parking available on Haveson Avenue.
