A 50% deposit is required for all appointments, which will be applied to your total service cost. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of service via cash or card only. Please note that deposits are non-transferable between clients.

This policy is strictly enforced! We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations limit the opportunity for other clients to book. As a courtesy, we send reminders via email and text 48 hours before your appointment. However, managing your schedule and avoiding penalties remains your responsibility.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within less than 24-hours will result in the forfeiture of your 50% deposit.
Kindly note that all cancellations or rescheduling must be managed through our online booking system. Please refrain from texting or calling regarding these matters. If you are within the 24-hour window prior to your appointment, the system will not allow rescheduling. In such cases, you will need to cancel your appointment and forfeit your 50% deposit. Thank you for understanding.
"No-shows" will lose their 50% deposit and incur an additional $30 fee, which must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments.

To respect all clients’ time, those arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment may need to reschedule. If we can accommodate your late arrival, a $25 fee will be applied, and the services may be adjusted. If accommodation cannot be made, the appointment will be considered a "no-show," resulting in the forfeiture of your deposit.
A $25 late fee will apply for arrivals more than 10 minutes late.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and your deposit forfeited.
In the rare event that your stylist is running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will apply a deduction to your account as a gesture of goodwill. This ensures that you are compensated for any inconvenience caused.

Your hair must be fully detangled from roots to ends and completely free of any styles before your arrival. If time permits, we will add the detangling service to your appointment for a charge of $45. If you have trouble detangling, please request to add that to your service when booking. If your hair is not detangled upon arrival and time does not permit adding this service, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.

For silk press appointments, hair must be at least 4 inches in length. Appointments for hair not meeting this requirement will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

A consultation is recommended before your braiding appointment to discuss your desired style, hair type, and any special considerations. Please text a current photo of your hair to (609) 375-8688. Braiding services will NOT be performed if you have thinning edges or server hair loss.
Hair Requirements: Your natural hair must be at least 4 inches in length. We provide hair in colors #1, #1B, #2, and #4; clients requiring other colors must bring their own or pay the additional fee for specialty colors.
Service Preparation: Shampoo and blow-dry are included with our braiding services. Additional services such as deep conditioning or trimming are available at an extra cost.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with your service, notify us within 48 hours to request a redo. If you have questions or concerns about any service, please contact us at (609) 375-8688. While monetary refunds are not available for services rendered, we will gladly make adjustments with your original stylist. Requests for adjustments must be made within seven days of the original service, except for corrective color, which often requires multiple visits and does not qualify for adjustments.
We reserve the right to refuse this courtesy at our discretion.

At Eunoia, we strive to maintain a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for all our clients. To ensure everyone enjoys their experience, we kindly ask that all parents and guardians adhere to the following guidelines for children during your visit:
Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult. We do not allow unsupervised children in the salon, and drop-offs are not permitted!
Eunoia is committed to maintaining a calm and relaxing environment. We kindly ask parents to ensure that their children remain seated and quiet during their service. If a child is unable to sit still or remain quiet, we may need to reschedule the appointment, and your 50% deposit will be forfeited.
For the safety of your children and respect for our equipment, please ensure children do not stand or spin on chairs, stools, or other salon furniture, and refrain from placing their feet on the walls or shelving.
Children are not allowed on the cutting floor unless they are being serviced. This helps prevent accidents and distractions while others are being serviced.
Please ensure that children do not touch any stylist’s or barber’s tools, equipment, or personal belongings. Many of these items are sharp or delicate and could cause harm.

To ensure the health and safety of all our clients and staff, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or are showing any symptoms of illness. If you arrive visibly sick, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to a later date. Your health is important to us, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone presenting with unidentified or suspicious skin conditions. This policy is in place to prevent the potential spread of infections, irritations, or communicable conditions that may pose a risk to others. If a client exhibits any skin abnormalities that are not pre-diagnosed or medically cleared, we may kindly recommend they seek professional medical advice before receiving services.
Please notify our staff of any allergies or sensitivities before your service begins. This helps us choose the best products for your needs and ensures your safety during your appointment.
